Scott Joseph Bezeau

Scott Joseph Bezeau, 57, of Richmond, passed at home from his earthly life to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, September 28, 2021. Scott was born September 27, 1964, (to the late Robert ) and Rose (Nickles) Bezeau. Gentle and loving husband of Shari (Gottschalk) Bezeau; special stepfather of Amber (Marc Sketchler) Earnest and Ruby Earnest; Pipi to Jonas Kubiak, with whom he shared an extraordinary and fun relationship. Also, survived by his siblings, Mashell ( the late James) Carissimi, Kimberly Bezeau, Robert (Rudiana) Bezeau Jr. and Bo (Jeff) Rhodes, Former wife Elizabeth Bezeau, mother-in-law, Audrey Gottschalk, 3 brothers-in-law, 4 sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and David Stephens, who was like a brother to Scott.

Scott lived to serve Jesus Christ and was known to plant the seeds of Christianity wherever he could. He loved to talk with his many friends and work family at Ford Motor Company about Jesus. Scott could often be found hitting a bucket or two of golf balls at the driving range. He enjoyed golfing with his friends, collecting and range shooting his guns, working on computers, playing with I-phones, spending time with Fred the family cat and watching old black and white movies. He was an advocate for healthy eating and decried the sins of sugar. Scott had an amazing sense of humor and was very quick witted. He loved burning DVD’s of 80’s metal music and sharing it with his friends whether they liked it or not. He was selfless, funny, kind and extremely generous and in the words of his life-long best friend, David Stephens, “the greatest man he ever knew.”

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home, 25800 Harper Avenue, St. Clair Shores, MI 48081. The Tribute will be at 6:00 pm.
