Robert Donald Simmons

Simmons, Bob, age 82, November 12, 2021. Beloved husband of Carol for 50 years. Dear father of Carl (the late Marion), Mike (Jeanie) and Sheri (Eric) Monroe. Loving grandfather of Jessica, Amy, Hayden, Nolan, Alexia, Madison (Tom) and Erik. Bob was a devout Christian who loved to travel, take vacations and go camping. He retired from the Ford Motor Company after 30 years. He will be remembered most as a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Visitation Saturday, December 4, 2021 from 2pm to 8pm with a 7pm Funeral Service at Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home, 13650 East 15 Mile Road in Sterling Heights. In recognition of Bob’s faithful service in the United States Army, he will be interred at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly.
