James D. Barnett

Barnett, James D., age 61, October 18, 2021. Beloved husband of Darlene for 23 years. Dear father of Marshall (Sarah) and Cody. Loving grandfather of Landon, Oliver, Niles and Nola. Dearest brother of Eric (Christina), Brian (Barb) and the late Todd. Jim is loved missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friend Viola. He proudly served in the United States Marines and was a part of the Fuji Fire, saving many lives and receiving the Navy & Marine Corps. Medal, the highest non-combat decoration awarded for heroism. 

James' final resting place will be at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly Michigan on Friday,. May 20, 2022 at 2:00 pm with Marine Funeral Honors to follow.
