Chrisostomos Papakonstantinou, age 89, passed away peacefully on May 6, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Dimitra. Dear father of Sofia (Peter) Chambi, Roula Froumis, Maria (Nick) Karagiannakis and the late Tina. Loving grandfather of Christine (Chris), Louise (George), Sophia, Christopher, Nicole and Joann. He was blessed with 7 great grand children Sam, Andrew, Jamie, Niko, Peter, Tristin and Constantine. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, May 12th from 9:30 am until 10:30 am the time of the mass at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, 21800 Marter Road, St. Clair Shores. Interment will follow at White Chapel in Troy. Arrangements were entrusted to Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home, St. Clair Shores
