Bartheld Henry Legato

Bartheld Henry Legato, age 68, a resident of St. Clair Shores passed away peacefully at William Beaumont Hospital in Grosse Pointe on April 22, 2021. He was born on February 28, 1953 in Detroit , the son of Joseph and Evelyn Legato. Mr. Legato was employed as a Compliance Administrator for Human Resources. Beloved father of Catie (Joe) Mager, Loving grandfather of Roxana and Joey Mager, brother of Bonnie (Frank) Lucido and the late Thomas and Gus. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and many friends. He graduated from Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor's of Science Degree. He was an accomplished Billiards Player and member of the TAP Pool League. He loved spending family time with his daughter and grandchildren. He also enjoyed fishing at Blossom Heath Marina. He was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to many.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm with a Rosary at 7:00 pm at Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home, 25800 Harper Avenue, (3 blocks north of 10 Mile Road), St Clair Shores. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 10:30 am at St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church, 21100 Madison, St. Clair Shores. Interment will take place at Mt. Olivet.
