Loving Husband of Karin Portentous - Hayes.
Father to the Light of His Life Frances "Niki" Hayes.
Son of Phyllis Garrett and the late Edward Hayes. Step Son of the late Ralph.
Brother of Cheryl (Lonnie) Snodgrass, Rick (the late Debbie) and Todd (Rafael) Garrett.
Also survived by Many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
With much sadness for a life taken to soon, Anthony Scott Hayes will be sorely missed. No matter how you referred to him as Scottie, Brother, Baby George, Scott, Scooter, Anthony, Tony, or Bone. He touched so many of our lives. He was a son, husband, father, uncle, cousin, nephew & a friend. He dedicated his life to taking care of others by working as an Emergency Medical provider and 911 dispatcher. Reaching the certification of Critical Care Paramedic. Scott changed & touched many lives in his life and career. All of us have endless stories of the joys & sorrows we experienced with Scott. Now is the time to grasp at the memories & to share them with others so his legacy will live on through us & we can remember him the way he would want us to and that does not take a lot of thought? Does It now?

Visitation at Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home 25800 Harper Ave ( 3blks North of 10 Mile) Friday
2PM to 9PM. Funeral Service Saturday 11am at the Funeral Home. Burial will Take place at Hayes Sunrise Cemetery, West Virginia
